MY STORY… MY GOAL

I am and always will be passionate about health, the mind and fitness. 
It is my goal to inspire and help as many people as I can to change small aspects in their life to create massive results. 
I am a firm believer that health and fitness SHOULD be enjoyable, sustainable and specific to each individual.  I love what I do and I care for my client’s success (if not more) than I do my own.

My Back Story

I am an Ex-GB athlete in taekwondo, I competed all over the world at multiple high-level competitions and obtaining commonwealth, grandprix and European medals. Previous to that I competed in Karate and Kick-boxing. These sports taught me a high standard of discipline, organisation and high standard in diet, exercise and wellbeing.
 Through the years I have been though majority of issue most women face. 
eating disorders and poor relationship with food, self-confidence issues due to peoples opinions, toxic relationships, pcos and hormone issues, chronic stress, injuries and coming back to fitness. I have felt every emotion, I’ve had to deal with every hurdle but I’ve come out the other side stronger every time and I can teach you the same. 
I am a Level 2 Fitness Instructor with multiple CPD'S: circuits, kettlebells, exercise to music, spin and resistance bands. I obtained my Level 3 Personal Trainer Qualification through YMCA in 2018 and since then I have had the pleasure of training hundreds of women getting them the fittest, strongest and happiest version of themselves. 
During the years I have obtained a Level 5 Advanced Diet and Nutrition Diploma via Brentwood college, Level 3 Pre and Post Natal Diet and Exercise, Level 3 in Type 2 Diabetes and my most recent level 4 menopausal health paired with level 4 lower back rehabilitation. 

I am passionate on ensuring my clients have the top education around all things health and fitness to maximise results, build a good relationship with food, Train with correct form so they feel confidence and full of knowledge to keep this lifestyle going when they leave the Featherstone fitness nest. 

I have been a self-employed trainer since 2019 and in this time, I have gone from PT’s in my mums shed and in local parks to securing my own premises and creating a safe community for women to train and feel confident. 
Women don’t want to be gawked at, made to feel small and weak… we want our own space so we can chuck around weights, feel confidence in a sports bra, feel impressed with our muscles and boost each other up!

I specialise in Strength training, Hybrid training, general fat loss, wedding transformations and my most popular service glute building.

As a high level trainer I will always work with you to reach your goals supporting you in all aspects of life 24/7. In addition to working on your goals we also may feel it is best to work on different areas that will correlate over to overall better mental & physical health.
